How long do we get in the playroom for parties?
Each party receives 90 minutes of playtime (45 minutes in each jump arena) followed by 30 minutes in the party room. No exceptions may be made.

How long do we get in the playroom for open play?
We recently enhanced our Open Play program to run from 10 am to 3 pm, Monday through Wednesday, and 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday. In addition, it works like an all-day pass. You may play, leave and come back to play again.

Do I have to fill out the waiver?
Yes, our insurance company requires a completed waiver for each person entering the facility, signed by the parent or guardian. Unfortunately, children cannot enter the facility without a signed waiver.

Are adults counted as guests of the party?
Only children are counted as one of the 12 or 24 party guests. Adults are absolutely encouraged to oversee all activities.

Do I need to bring a birthday cake?
Yes, you may bring a birthday cake and candles as well as drinks for your celebration. Jumping Jax can also recommend a local bakery if you would like to have a personalized birthday cake delivered for your party.

What if we have more than 24 kids for a party?
No problem, there is simply a small additional fee of $10.00 per child over 24.

Do parents pay the admission price for open play?
Parents do not have to pay admission for open play but are encouraged to play and interact with their children. Open play is parent supervised.

When should I arrive for my party?
We strongly suggest that each party arrive 10-15 minutes before the party is scheduled to start. This gives everyone time to check in, listen to our brief safety speech and review the rules.

Can I bring in pizza for my party?
Yes, you can bring in pizza or Jumping Jax can order it and have it delivered for you.

Are socks required?
Yes, each child must wear socks while in the jump arenas. (Jumping Jax also sells them in case you forget.)

Can I book a really big party using both play rooms?
Yes, Jumping Jax can be reserved for a single party.

Does Jumping Jax offer help pass out birthday cake and presents?
Yes, the Jumipng Jax party coordinators can help pass out the birthday cake and they can give the birthday person the gifts while he or she sits on our huge inflatable throne.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your party anytime up to two weeks from your scheduled party for a full refund. Refunds will not be given for cancellations inside of two weeks, however you may reserve alternate dates.
